The impact of isokinetic training on patients after stroke muscles strength and muscles endurance

Abstract


About 80 to 87 % of survivals after a stroke becomes disabled due to motor and cognitive disorders that cause a disturbed functional independence in Lithuania. There is not enough scientific work studying the effects of physiotherapy, using an isokinetic dynamometer in patients after stroke muscles strength and muscles endurance training in the early period of the disease.
